Payment Schedule

Complete the Rental Application and email or mail - see Contact Us page for email and mailing address.
50% of rental fee due by April 15, 2023. After deposit check has cleared the bank, the requested week will be reserved for you.
Balance of rental fee is due 60 days prior to rental dates. A check not received on time, according to payment schedule, could result in a loss of selected week.

A cash security deposit of $1,000 will be due upon check-in. Security deposit will be returned to tenant upon
check-out provided the house is left in the same condition as when initially rented by Tenant, all 6 beach badges and house keys are returned to owner. If the house is not left in the same clean condition as when rented, a cleaning fee of $150 may be deducted from the security deposit. The cost to repair and/or replace damage will be deducted from security deposit if any damage to furnishings or house/property occurs during the Tenants' stay.

Payments

Only Zelle, checks or money orders are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
Upon receipt of written notice, we will attempt to find a replacement rental. If a replacement rental can be found, a full refund of any deposits, minus any loss of rent and $250 service fee, will be issued.

Check-Out: Friday, 3pm - Check-In: Friday, 7pm.

Service dogs allowed, Tenant must provide proof of service certification. Additional $500 deposit required.
Emotional Support Service Dogs are not allowed.

No smoking in the house or screened porch - violation of smoking policy will result in $500 penalty.

No parties.
​
No more than 8 people may occupy the house.
​
No under age drinking.
​
No illegal drug use.
​
No rental contracts with anyone under 24.
No prom or group rentals.

The Rental Applicant must be staying in the house. Rental Applicant is responsible for all occupants staying in the house. No one under 18 is permitted to stay in the house without an adult present.
Sheets, towels, pillows and blankets are not included in rental. Renters must bring their own sheets, towels, pillows, and blankets.
